About WaterlooMathie:

WaterlooMathie from . Ontario, Canada: I'm in my mid-twenties and I've been doing sudokus for about 4 and a half years, although I've never competed in any sudoku tournaments before (I didn't even know any existed until I found this site). I usually play sudokus at sudokufun.com and have also been doing "hitori" and "kakuro" puzzles over the past 6 months. .

 About QKV:

My name is Klára, I am 17 years old. I study guitar at the Conservatory of Jaroslav Ježek in Prague, Czech Republic , in the class of Mr. Milan Tesař. My hobbies are music (playing guitar, piano, singing and composing songs), squash, poi (some kind of juggling), in winter skiing and snowboarding and of course sudoku:) - For me it is a form of relaxation and it can at least partially replace mathematics, which I do not have as a school subject.

My name is Jana and I am 18 years old. I study at Gymnasium of George of Poděbrady in Poděbrady, Czech Rebublic. I like sports (basketball, football(soccer), skiing, poi...), reading books, music(I played the flute), collecting stamps and logical puzzles including sudoku.

Editor note: Jana successfully represented Czech Republic at 2009 World Sudoku Championship in Slovakia. She was a member of a Czech team which won silver medals. Congratulation!

Hi I work in the tech industry and am an avid poker player. I only started playing sudoku about a year ago and only found this great site late last year. I really enjoy the competition from this site and it is something that I look forward to every day.

My sudoku goals are to continue to get better and to one day compete in some events. I am really amazed at the times that the Czech players get and wonder how I can get to that level.

My name is Michal, I am 17 years old .. I am student of high school in Brno (Czech Republic) - I also live there .. I like swimming (competition), (beach)volleyball - (playing as well as spectator), running, cycling, snowboarding, juggling etc .. and SUDOKU :) - I play 8-9 sudoku every day (on 4 leagues) - it´s funny and "form of relaxation"
